To prep the boat or not to prep the boat

Sitting here at home contemplating if I should prep the boat for a quick early morning session @ Hastings, or not. :victory:

It's blowing a fair bit tomorrow. Launch at stony around 4am. Hit the squid up on the western banks. Come back in at slack water around 8:30. Should beat the traffic both ways.

Cant see upto 30kt winds but im not an expert lo

I pulled the pin early this morning too. It was saying around 10knots until 8, but when I poked my head out the front door (in frankston) it was blowing pretty hard, this was about 3:30am, so I went back to bed. There is always another day to go fishing, if you're in doubt, dont risk it imo.
