Lol maybe but I wouldn't feel too good of being accused of doing something I didn't do either!

I would rather not go anywhere near that place again.
From now on, I'm going to do the smart thing and buy my gears online so that i wont have to deal with this bull anymore
bit of a shame tho since the other 2 blokes were really friendly

so i was a bit salty already of being accused in the first place because this wasn't like the Big W can i check your bag but i know your hiding something kind of check your bag.
so he just asked for my bag he went through my belongs and said nothing more
Thats bull I know it's hindsight but you should have said if you find anything stashed you can kick me as hard as you can in the nuts if you don't then I can kick you as hard as I can in the nuts.

Don't let that one bad experience put you off mate just go to another store I find engaging with the staff when I visit a new tackle shop helps a lot. Online store purchases are handy and sometimes cheaper but they do have their pitfalls as well.

l reckon you should go back to the store and complain to the manager or owner only because if there were 2 good blokes that work there and one dud,l wouldn't want to penalize a good store because of one ******** and if the owner/manager doesn't know about this ******** then they can't do anything about him

How did they exacly go thru ur bag ?

Thought they can only look in it ,if you open it.
Id go back with your docket n speak to owner manGement
As taught when I did a security course.

1. Its only stealing if you take something past the last point where things can be paid for and only once you pass this point they can ask you to stop.

2. Legally The person who saw you put it in your pocket has to be the one to stop you

3. They are allow to ask u to open your bag but they are not allow to touch your bag or touch you.

4. Only the police can search you and your belongings.

It an invasion of your privacy and you can sue the offending person and the store they work for.
