Spot on Stumpjumper.. also small brown trout have red spots and with trout being cannibals is another reason I put the spots on the lure.

:rofl: I could swear at you Gra.. but I'll do it under my breath.. ;-) In fact I used Humbrol super enamel paint, comes in a small tin like the ones used on model planes etc.. used to use it on my metal spinner blades years ago..

Ive used my Mums nail polish before because my wife didnt have the right colour :rofl:
i still have it in the shed.
