eBay cheapies...

Post by mingle » Tue Jun 20, 2017 7:41 pm

I love my cheap ebay lures. Every month something new seems to pop up.

I can spend hours browsing through the thousands of different patterns and styles.

Just picked up a light casting/jigging lure (25g) for a mere $2.28 (and that's shipped, from Hong Kong).

Nice packaging (a blatant copy of a well-known manufacturers!), very nice quality chromed lure with decent hook.

The text 'blurb' on the side of the box is amusing in a slightly incomprehensible way.

For just $2.28 you can't go wrong.
Do they also make slightly heavier ones around 40g?
Nice purchase

I presume you replace the hooks or are they better than they look in the photo?
Cheers,
Neil

How is the action? Have you been able to catch fish on them?

The hooks seem okay, certain sharp and strong enough.

I haven't used it yet, but hope to get out mid next week.

The 25g was the biggest size for this lure. They also had 10, 15 and 20g versions in 3 different colour finishes.

Cheers,

Mike.
