Good luck! Looking forward to hearing the results. I bought some tiny (approx 8mm long) maggot style soft platics to give a go too.

Haha. Scraglor. Reminds me of a fishing trip I was on. A mate dropped a couple of those on another mates plate at the pub. Jesus that was funny.

I never knew that gars took lures. Usually fished for them with a hook under a float. Please tell us how you go with the lure and the maggot sized plastic.

Caught more gars on lure than bait now, typically scent and small lures are required but not always.
