Fish Candy (River 2 Sea)

Post by Rod Bender » Wed Nov 12, 2014 11:13 pm

Hi peoples
The 'Fish Candy' lures have been around for a while but I spotted some 65mm, 7 gram ones tonight at BCF...couldn't help myself! I will be using them in freshwater. Has anyone used them?
thanks in advance
Jim

No luck with them tonight. Will be removing the rear treble as it foul hooked the tail too many times...perhaps from trying to cast them 5,000 miles! Good action with stop/start retrieve but occasionally I retrieved them very quickly (they may not be designed for this) and their action seemed to falter a bit. Will persevere with them and no doubt they will work.
cheers
