Ok so I did some research as to what colour jigs I shold have, and I have come up with a list:
A white glow in the dark, a dark green, a red, a pink and a gold jig. This sound about right, or does it need any changes? Also, where can I buy a UV torch for under 10$?

Long story short. You don’t need one mate. Starting out I’d just buy an extra jig.

Which of Rui's jigs are best? I have been out twice last weekend intending to catch squid and got nothing. Tried the wedge, Raaf, Campbell and point cook. I had them both as deep as I could. One on paternoster style even.

How deep were you fishing mate?

Straight of werribee at anchor 4-5 metres burly 1600 to 1800

I been to the same place 2 days in a row and caught quid the first day and nothing next day using same jigs.

Just depends sometimes

The top end of the Bay has been relatively quiet this year, I believe they're just starting to show. If u have a boat head to St Leonards. or from Mornington and south of Morno.
There's so many good colours, my Favs are his With one with the red foil on the back, I think its called the revenge, glow banana, flashing, pinky Snapper, KR 39, AK 47, Watermelon, Golden Tilapia, and his pure white one to name a few. I used to love my Harimitsus but my fav colours are no longer Produced.

Pretty sure His crowns are Japanese made, been that for a while now.
