i have some ebay 15lb braid i bought to test out and is like this but
the fuji alconite guides have handled it so far for one season and it
has never let me down not even on rays so i'm a convert .
i'm just waiting for some 8 carrier to show up to see how that go's in
the lighter stuff because on my surf rods it is bloody great .
and at $26 for 500y if the light stuff is as good i will be happy .

I've been using it for a couple of years but only 30lb and up. Caught a couple of decent sharks and some big rays on it with no problem. I'm not a fan of braid in the lighter strains though.
