Always take a good look at what you are about to eat. It’s not so important to know what it is .but it’s critical to know what it was.

Search for previous posts using g the word "gliss". I recently posted about my experience. It was not a good one. I actually went out again today and against my better instinct I didn't respool and used gliss again. Never, ever again. It is a nightmare with knots around the rod guides, burring and fraying, outright just breaking. I'm headed home now to remove it from 2 spools and bin it. I am referring to using 8kg gliss for flicking Squid jigs. Perhaps the heavier gauge stuff is better but I wont be the one to test it any time soon. Maybe if you are just casting a bait out it might be ok? It's very smooth and casts well but the negatives outweigh the positives for me.
