Funny this came up, I do reverse my braid to use so of the stuff that's never seen water before.

I don't back my spools with mono or anything so I think its a good idea.

Yesterday with the **** weather I couldnt get out for a fish plus we have a 2 week old baby now so I made up a spooling station to put line on a baitcaster, a spin reel and a reversing section as well.

Heres what I finished up with.

:thumbsup: nice one mate. I was thinking of making one myself, just got to make an attachment to fit a drill to unspool faster.

Yeah ive left each ends of the reversing rods long and just attach drill to that. Can reverse 300m in about 5 mins, finished.

I reverse my braid as often as I need to.

I bought one of these a few months back and it makes it so much easier!

Yeah ive seen those ones but having fixed spools and springs I can reverse mine at full speed of the drill, which is good when you have 500m of line and a heap of reels. Plus my mates reels too. lol
