Time to get myself another Pen Spinfisher Big Game Surf rod in the 11 foot model.

Having trouble locating one, so if you know where stocks them, please let me know?

I think I paid around $110 for my first one.

Silstar also produce one that is nearly identical to the Penn but it has a softer tip which registers the bites a bit better . So if you can't get the Penn have a look at these.

Gone Fishing in Carrum Downs has some, I went into there today and they have 3 Penns on display for about 130.

The melbourne boat show is just around the corner, might save the bickies until then.
