Went to anaconda and checked few rods, as expected, most of them are super stiff.
The best I found was Shimano Maikuro 762 whiting nibble tip spin rod 1-4kg. Light, good grip, soft tip. The only downside is it's a bit noodly. The mid section is too soft. $95 I think. It's not bad for the price.
I also went to Hoppers Crossing bait and tackle. Found Revolution 763 nibble tip 1-4kg and and Okuma LFR 6102 gen2 glass tip 3-5kg. Both around $120-$140.
So I'll probably get one out of those three.

Daiwa Exceller 702LFS. Couldn't help myself, preppin for winter squid chasing. Has a hollow glass tip, the rest is a little rigid.
