Looks like a k-mart budget, they have a kiddy rod for $8 and the remainder from the budget can go into the tackle. I caught 40cm pinkies on my kids kiddy rod and it was mad fun. Goodluck mate

Wait for some of the sales at anaconda or Bec you can often pick up some great deals.

kmart is your best bet imo, although anything at that price point will be woeful for casting squid jigs
