FK is an alloy body, alloy rotor, alloy spool and alloy gearing.
CI4 is a lighter graphite body, lighter graphite rotors, alloy spool and alloy gearing. CI4 stands for carbon infused 4which is a marketing term for the extra high strength carbon (graphite) body and rotor theyve developed. (graphite is a carbon material anyway) Daiwa call their special graphite Zaion

I would wait till the newer LT models from daiwa and newer shimano models are released soon and then make a decision.
The older models might drop in price again. Or you might want to go for a newer model..
