Shimano game spinning outfit?

I was looking at getting 2 game spinning outfits
But just to annoy steve i want to get shimano ones lol

I know daiwa have the saltiga range and a few on here have proven there good in marlin.

Does.anyone recommended a shimano equivalent?

Stella 20k on a Ocea Plugger Full Throttle, the PE 6 or 8 will do the job and be versatile for many other fishing applications. You could always go the 30k but the size would limit the applications you'd use it for.

Interesting that the 20k had a 4kg max drag more then the 30k but the 30k holds twice the ampunt of line

Thats where science comes into it. Ever seen the rotor width of a 30k? It's massive. To much strain over such a large area has the potential to cause breakages.

I forgot about it simetimes. Who knows the the science and line and amount of line out adds to drag resistance increasing drag?

The plugers rods i can find ate about 8 footish.

Arent then too long for boat or length is needed in a game spinning rod
