Ugly Stik SP761 LFT, 7'6" single piece, has a light, whippy action great for whiting but with plenty of beef if needed and good size grips.

Thanks for the feedback....I got a Shimano Ballistix Gold 692 SP from Complete Angler this morning. They have a big sale coming up this Thursday, so it was almost 1/2 price @ $120. It's slightly stiffer than my impact nxf which I really like as well. The Timber Wolf was my favourite, but it was bit too expensive for what I'm using it for.

I've got the nxt 763 and it's a ripper rod. As Cobby said, not versatile at all but excellent whiting/pinky bait rod.cobby wrote:2.
