Hi Tackleberry, yep they're the ones. Due to the length of the butt the rods i mentioned don't really fit properly like that fibreglass rod with the long butt.Tackleberry wrote:is this and the bigger ones what you are calling snapper racks
What I'm thinking is putting a tight tube of neoprene (wetsuit material) around the reel seat to provide protection and then filing down a small groove where the cork but sits on the steel.I think this "should" work
