Re: New boat for Cheater
A few more happy snaps
The lowrance elite 5 HDI is now fitted up on a stainless plate ( note the bling here ) lots of stuff to play with and learn here
Cleat for the anchor rope again no need to drill the yak for screws
I picked up the ice box on Thursday and what a great bit of gear this is plenty of room inside for everything I'm likely to catch ,at a meter long inside and a good side lid even large fish should be easy to store
I bungied a small plastic box on top just to store my anchor atm - still not sure the best way to store it but after a trip I'll have a better idea on what to do with it
I intend to fit a couple of ram mounts on top of the ice box where the moulded circle dents are
I think it will be easy enough to fit my nav light on the back section it will give light over the ice box lid as well
that should make it easy to see inside at night
So thats the pimping up to date - 1st test run will be tomorrow at Lang Lang , hopefully some gummies can find the bait before the long nosed bait steelers
