The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad

TOOLS YOU NEED:

> Thick rope about 30 meters long
> Empty milk bottles
> 4oz (minimum) star sinkers (optional)

..Tie the milk bottles to the thick rope about 5 meters apart.
..Attach sinkers in between the bottles
..Secure the thick rope to your kayak with thin mono (i.e.15 lb)
..Drag the rope behind you and let it float around
..When the idiot's prop hits the thick rope, cut the mono line and play innocent.

I am not telling Cam to do it.

We did it once in Lagoon pier a few years back because there was this guy showing off his new fiberglass boat too close to the pier and we cant fish. He was taunting us. That was back when there was no boating restriction near the pier. I added quite a length of 30 lb mono on my main line and I tied 3 big snapper sinkers on the 30lb mono, each with its own leader (3-way branch out). I tied a float to the mono to keep the line in the surface and I cast about 30 meters out with the bail open. Minutes later, the guy on his shiny new boat came past within 15 meters of the pier and my line flew at 100kph. I cut the line before my rod flies. When the prop wrapped all the lines, we heard loud "bang bang bang". It was like a machine gun fire and we were all laughing, teasing the guy :haha2:  :tease: :tease: After say about 10 hits of each sinker, the weights came off. He had no idea what hit him. The guy disappeared towards Willy. He was probably going to check is props or the underside of his Fiberglass boat.

Revenge of the fisho!

Hhhmmmmm....

I told my mate once we'd jumped back in the boat about the bloke, he wanted to go and taunt the bloke but I said it wasnt worth it.
we go out often and his boat is pretty identifiable plus regos stick out like the proverbial s.
So we just headed back to the ramp.
Yep theres always one stooge hey.
