New to kayak fishing.

Anyone know of some good spots fresh water spots near Melbourne's North East to do some yak fishing? I just got my yak and went down the yarra, but the river was flowing to fast to get any quality fishing done.

Not north east... But you can do albert park

I dont think its the right time of the year for albert park, unless you want trout.
