broken rods

hi,

as mentioned above,im looking for any broken rods to salvage for parts....mainly guides and blanks for fixing things.
pm me what you've got and your asking price.
item need to be in victoria so pick up can be arrange as postage do cost quite a bit.

i have a 15 to 24kg overhead game jigging rod with mostly silicon
Catalyst Destroyer Game-jigging rod 15 - 24kg 1.98mt

i broke 1 guide so replaced the whole rod with a spare i have.
its has fast action and quite flexile

i use the 10 to 15kg rod in the same version as a flathead rod at bermagui and as a gummy rod down here

Did went to bcc store in frankston n Mornington and enquire about broken rods avalibality and my desire to buy them and wa told not for sale etc......gotta send back to manufacture....
I'm after light rods as I don't see myself building any game rods in the future.
With them light one,hopefully I could get a couple more reamer made up.

i've got half a xzoga shore jigging stick. 1002h i think it was. stripper guide, reel seat etc, the top half is on the bottom somewhere just off port welshpool jetty.

Go to the weekend lavo market, seen tones of broken rods for sale there and you can put your haggle skills to the test. Try n bunch things together n get it even cheaper, maybe someone on this forum might wanna donate some to you if your lucky
