Hey guys after having my first decent crack at spinning in the surf i've decided that i enjoy it and will upgrade my gear now looking for a 9ft catana but will consider other rods. I also will consider combos depending on the reel.

They had catana 902 in a combo for 109$ i think at bcf not long ago.i boought a 10ft daiwa crossfire rod.

The one I saw was in three pieces so it would be only 1/3 of the full price!!

Think bcf had it in there latest catalogue. Not sure of the sale of it but imagine around 15%. They must be due to have there 25% off fishing gear sale soon too.

just found it in Rays outdoors catalogue.
If I don't here back from brett or get a new offer by next weekend, the end of the sale, I think i'll grab one from there
