With the trout season now closed here I've been starting to go through what lures I have stored away and yet to have used.. This lot of 7 Rapala Shad4 lures have never been out of their boxes and I know I'm never going to get around to using these either.. So best I move them on to someone who would like them.. I have also thrown in a new Rapala Ultra Light gold hard body lure with them which has never been used but it has been taken out of the box.
I checked on Ebay to see what they're selling for & the majority are going for $13.95 ea plus delivery so it works out at around $112-00 for the lures plus Aust Parcel Post @ $8-50 + $120-00 or there abouts..

** I'm asking which$70-00 includes postage which I feel is a fair price.. I'll be giving the site members here first go at buying them for a week before I advertise them elsewhere or place them on Ebay.. PM me for payment details PayPal etc..

I like to keep the price as low as I can, they work out to $8-75 ea & free postage valued at $8-50.. I feel it's a pretty fair price..
They're $13-95 ea at MO-Tackle at the moment & $12-00 postage..

Great offer!! You're spot on Adrian, certainly a great deal at that price. If half of them were a brown trout pattern I'd be all over them I reckon! Sorry mate not this time, but glad you have someone keen on them. Thankyou.

Curious though if these shads have the same action as a shad rap? 2-piece shad raps are a personal favourite on the reddies. 1-piece go better on the trout I've found. Trolling lakes this is. They probably dive a bit deep for rivers, but those shads you have would be great deep divers for rivers, stirring up those bigger fish holding deep I reckon!

They dive between 4 to 5 feet and would be okay in the deeper runs in the rivers for sure.. I've caught more trout on the rainbow pattern Rapalas than I have on the brown trout pattern in the rivers here in Tassie for some reason.. But they were the F3 Rapalas.. I'm sure someone will pick them up soon enough.. if not they'll go on a site here in Tassie then onto Ebay...
