Tempting.
Any chips on the wood reel? What year is the crouch reel? Any manufacturer marking on the split canes?

Re: vintage fishing rods reels and lures
hi the alvey reel has no chips or cracks or dings in the wooden spool,
all of the seven rods that are like new are custom made and marked in free hand in ink or pen on rod just above first hand grip d.daw
other rod split cane which looks well used at bottom of pictures has no makers name
thanks for the interest
