if I'm telling anyone to suck eggs, my apologies, but just to put your minds at rest, that's what's called a Bit-Ly link. They were brought in as a way of making links a lot shorter in length and easier to use on mobile devices. as long as it's coming from a reputable source it's nothing to worry about
