Never fished that pier because I was never sure where to park the car. Whereabouts can you park there?

Yes it was lip hooked. On a 1/6 oz TT jig 1/0 hook. :)

Thanks mate :) I usefully park at the corner of Pollington St and the Esplanade in the early hours (4am) and always make sure that i'm back at the vehicle b4 8am when i fish the pier.
