Mulloway

Post by toygtr » Tue Dec 30, 2014 11:50 am

Went for a flick with my mate Dezza last night, **** weather so we couldn't go camping or shark fishing. So we flicked some plastics around trying for a mulloway at spot X.
I hooked onto 1, not massive but a jewie non the less. Went 73cm on the mat.
Spent some quality time with it, then released it too grow big and fight me again another day.

Was landed on a nitro vapour 1-3kg, 1000FA ci4+ 10 lb braid.
We were both fishing light.

Yeah...I think we need a better naming system. Great fish...do you target them much?

Yeah, mainly westernport from the boat so it was a good change to get one on a soft plastic landbased.

Great Fish Toy!

I haven't caught any mulloway myself, but am looking to cross that off my list in the following year.
Again awesome fish. Congrats mate
