One of my favourite places around Noojee, took this photo about 2 years ago.
I've had it set as my desktop picture since.

Also another favourite of mine from around Lakes Entrance , a tiny baby swan learning to paddle/swim in a puddle while I was feeding them

Cheers , Rick.

Nice, Like the Long Exposure Shot, I've tried a few times, Various scenes, But without a tripod it's A hard task.

Heres one of mine.

Nice photo's of yours also too mate ;) . My pic of Noojee was taken without a tripod, and taken with an old cheap Canon A550 Powershot , with the ISO setting very high/Max.
I was very lucky to get this picture with this cheap camera, the speed of the water flowing just happened to match the max ISO setting on the camera to pause the water in motion perfectly. It's still one of my best/favourite shots.
I have it in a hi-res picture format using quite a few megabytes, but I'm not going to post that hi-res image about.

Nice pic/long exposure with that last photo of yours with the lights ;) .

Cheers ,Rick.

Neat, No ND Filter? All my Daylight Long Exposure Shots get blown out Shooting at 6Sec-f22-100 ISO On my 600d, Any longer and its just a white screen Lol.

Heres one I Think I took as my first daylight long exposure, not knowing it would be so Over exposed, as most newbies do!
Thanks to Shooting In RAW and A bit of Photoshop, the photo didn't turn out A blank Screen, I learnt my lesson About long exposure That day.

No filters , nothing , just the cheap camera with the ISO on max, was a lucky shot really ! .

That's an awesome pic of that pier, looks like a major fog over the water and pier , very nice

Cheers , Rick.

The Best Camera Is The One You Have With You Be it A Phone Camera, Cheap Point and Shoot Or a Canon 1Dx.

I've Seen Many Good Photos taken on $100 Specials From kmart And Shitty Photos from people with $6000 Dslr set ups, Good Gear doesn't mean Good Photo's, Just have fun Shooting! :D

These are from 3 -5 years ago with a $50 camera, not great yet not bad, proof you dont need the best gear.

I have a tripod you can have free if your willing to come over to Longwarry to get it (near Warragul, 15 minutes past Pakenham) , I don't use it so it's free if you want it.
It isn't a cheapy cheapy , but it also isn't a top brand either, But it is above the cheap range and a good tripod.

Cool pics also Jim , reminds me I have some photo's I took while bunyip was on fire around 5 years ago. I have pictures from my backyard with black sky and flames all around. I seriously thought my house was going to get burned away that year , it was VERY close ! . I'll have to dig them up and post them.

Cheers , Rick
