Hope you all been well, I’ve been quiet lately, started a traineeship at the start of the year so unfortunately I haven’t had any time to fish. Hoping to get back into it this spring/summer. No boat anymore, that got moved on to buy an investment property, but once things settle hopefully I can buy another.

Did I miss any hot bites on the forums or what?

No boat well that sucks and unfortunately I know how that feels as I had to sell the small blue fin I had in 2019 any way I have just got back on the forum as I bought another boat and was surprised at the lack of activity .
I suppose the forum will be yet another victim of faceache

Swains reef, yep.

I had a whole report written up in my notes on my phone that I was writing each day, I had planned to post it here along with pics but I got lazy and didn’t do it lol. Still got pics on my phone, I’ll try upload them soon.

Plenty of trout, red throat etc. couple GT. Mostly table fish, no big trophies on the trip unfortunately but overall it was excellent fishing.

Great time to buy a boat, dealers yards are full and they are struggling to move stock.
