Casting call for fishing show.
Re: Casting call for fishing show.
Oh dear,
another show another excuse to be in northern Australia during the southern winter, all expenses tax deductable.
We Victorians need a show that stays in Vic, fishing in points between Kangaroo Island & Eden.
Not the alligator river in NT.
That's all flash promo to sell overseas. does nothing for us.

Victorians are only used as a advertising plot, to gain sponsorship from??
Then they head north for the winter.
While we freeze our butts off.
How could you support something when it doesn't represent us.

Unfortunately the market for shows featuring 12 hours anchored in WPB on a freezing cold July evening for a dozen swell sharks and a banjo isn't what it used to be.baitworms wrote:Oh dear,

Oz Fish TV used to do a heap of local stuff but even they've decided that it's better to look further afield and head to Flinders Island etc

Using tax deduction to fly to the Island, into more winds than we have.
Right that's why they only fished the east side, lee ward side of the island " not the best week to be here"

Yes it was. Paky tackle is no more think Davey marine/complete angler took them over.baitworms wrote:Oz tv is that Pakenham Tackle.4liters wrote:Unfortunately the market for shows featuring 12 hours anchored in WPB on a freezing cold July evening for a dozen swell sharks and a banjo isn't what it used to be.baitworms wrote:Oh dear,
