As for the builder never heard of them. So can't comment. The house plan is rather small but if that's the size your after go for it. All I'll say is that outdoor room will be very tiny! Put a bbq and a table there and you won't get out the door. Just be aware some estates have a minimum size of house that needs to be built.smile0784 wrote:Thinking of this block in wy yong.
Lot 33, Wakefield Terrace Bairnsdale, Vic 3875
10 mins drive from bairnsdale
30 mins drive fo boat ramp at lakes enterance
I'd suggest coming down to bairnsdale have a look around talk to the display centres, realestate agents etc before you dive it just to get a feel.
Clifton acres is a nice area. Decent size blocks. 1 thing though pretty sure you have to leave the farm style fencing so you get to see into everyone's back yards that are in your view. Something to think about. If that's the sort of block your after might pay to look at peppercorn rise or river bend. Both in Nicholson. River bend is right on the river. It's where I am and I like it there. Fencing situation the same though. Obviously trees and screens can solve that.
Gee you must feed it on the hwy. 30 mins to lakes. More like 45.

I'm talking all up mate house & land if you have ever built you will know.smile0784 wrote:How.you work out the extras upto 400k?Boonanza wrote:So it's going to cost around $400k if your lucky. Look around at established places around Bairnsdale mate. Sarsfield is only 10 mins away and has incredible views and many back right onto the Nicholson river with direct access to the lakes.
