We are looking into austalian building co - abc homes for our build
Has anyone one got any personal experience with them?
Good the bad or ugly reviews lol
This is what we thinking of getting

Base package $190k
With reginal fee $12k and site works for slab ect extra $15k
=217 k
Add stamp duty. Amd few other things $13k
Allowing a bit for driveways and landscaping
What do everyone think?

10 mins drive from bairnsdale
30 mins drive fo boat ramp at lakes enterance

So it's going to cost around $400k if your lucky. Look around at established places around Bairnsdale mate. Sarsfield is only 10 mins away and has incredible views and many back right onto the Nicholson river with direct access to the lakes.
