Finally got back to it
Walls cut up and gone
Hired a "thingy" to lift the floorboards, 90% saved & stored.
Only wood left is the floor joists. They should be easy, with the long handle persuader
All stumps are concrete & the owner says they can wait, as all concrete paths etc are to be removed when the main house is extended.
I'm happy about that.

Not injured - yet

All finished, except for the pile of wood out the front of my place.
Some will go inside, the rest for the fire pit
Now I've got a tree to cut down in South Morang
Another love job, might spend the night & fish the river
Cheers Gra

Have been told today, we have the job of removing the concrete paths and front brick fence
AND the concrete stumps
Will do the back yard first and then the front fence
Will bring in a skip when ready to do the front fence
I've still got the wood out the front, tree in South Morang & now neighbours back lawn
These are all love jobs and no rush. Mind you I might need a larger beer fridge
South Morang has promised - beer, bed and roast meal (No funny business)
I'm technically not retired, but my employer may soon change that
Cheers Gra
P.s. There's a house over the road that's needs demolishing, I'll talk to the owner
