Re: Bungalow Demolition
Well looks like I'll be unemployed soon (been off for about 2& half years)
Need to start pushing for the demolishion over the road.
Anybody want old newspapers & magazine's, about 13 squares and 5ft tall
And yes 4litres, if he moves his boat and Dodge ram (big boat), $10,000 & gone in 60 seconds
Fingers crossed

90% of the nails pulled through on removal (stayed in frame).

Re: Bungalow Demolition
If you have taken the interior wall lining off then you can use a hammer and a wooded block (4x2 or similar small off cut) and place it next to the inside stud then hit it with the hammer to remove the weatherboard, that will prevent the weather boards from splitting which can happen with a jimmy bar...
cheers

Because the nails were so old, Jimmy bar made it easy

Re: Bungalow Demolition
Back fence is finished, sort of
When the fence was originally installed, they did not do it boundary to boundary
Posts are 3 metres apart for about 20 residences
So when I cut the bearers at my boundary, it left 2.9 metres of fence with no post at one end
I need to fix that or they may blame me if it falls down
