Bungalow Demolition

My mate and I are demolishing a bungalow
After 2 part days of work, we are down to the frame and one wall of weatherboards.
There was no roof as, I don't do asbestos
We have gutted the interior, with it's carpet, 2 layers of lino, then newspaper.
The walls and ceiling were masonite, so that helped.
It appears that the walls were constructed on the floorboards.
I removed 3 walls of weatherboards using a sledgehammer (damn they're heavier than they used to be). The remaining wall appears to have "unrotted" weatherboards, which can be used on the main house.Nails used are bullet head.
What is the best way to remove the boards???? We were thinking a pinch bar.
Also is there a knack in removing floorboards??
Also also, how to remove concrete stumps ?? (The outside ones are anyway)
Fyi - we are both 64 and not builders. This is a love job, so expensive equipment is out.
Cheers Gra
Ps -- Injuries so far (between us) -- fat lip, (nearly) a black eye & numerous bleeds
