Congratualations on where your at truely wish you all the best.
Alternatively to investing in a house in Melbourne if an individual used compounding to grow their wealth without borrowing how would the returns compare?
What do you mean?
How to biuld wealth with property with out borrowing money?
The congratulations was genuine wish everyone here all the best.
Investing in not necessarily property but without borrowing money using compounding to grow your wealth investing in good companies some who invest in property but without having to go into debt to do so.
I wasnt douting your sincerity

I want sure what you were meaning about investing.
Investing comes down to what an individual wants to do.
If you go the sea change hopefully its all you want it to be mate.

I have worked for the same company now for 31 years I work 4 days on 4 days off 12 hr shifts if I counted the hours of overtime I have done in the last 30 years I should have retired 10 years ago. It’s called hard work if you want things in life no one will give it to you. I have made a great life for my family since emigrating from England but only by doing the hard yards .

No not at all life is what you make of it, I have a great job in a very limited industry it comes with a good salary and a great lifestyle but you compromise due to shift work with family and friends. Not everybody is in the same boat. I know people who have given it up for family and no shift work there is no right or wrong you have to make that decision for You and your family. I know for me it has been the best decision of my life to emigrate to Australia the opportunities and experiences I have had I don’t believe I would have got in the UK.
What you have to consider is can you still provide for your family if you move to say lakes entrance. It’s ok having no morgatage but you can not live on the dole. Remember you have to consider your kids will they find work will they get the education you want for them.
