Whats with the bloody swell?

Been watching the swell for portland for last 3 weeks and its been sitting around 2mt.

Just seen the weather report of next weekend.
Friday Swell 5mt.55km winds
Sat 4mt swell 30km wind
Looks like its dropping

Lets just wait and see what sunday and monday look like

Looks like next weekend is out the question also. 7mt swell and 35knot winds.
