Arkpak 730

Was looking at purchasing one of these to run a 40-50l camping fridge anyone got any feedback on it and also what else is around that does the same type of thing?

We have 1 but never used it.
When we bought it discussed with the guy that i wanted to put a big boat battery in it and use it for running a car cfx 65 freezer and he said would only run for 24 hours without boosing with a solar pannel.

Depends how long yours going away for.
A decent eski with ice will last 24 hours also.
If you need aomething 2 or 4 days the arkpak is ok but need to boost it with a solar pannel

The wife said if you want it $470. We bought it for $600 16 month ago
And we have 90w folding solar pannels if you want them also for $200

Bit rich for the solar panels :o_0: You can pick up 120w on ebay for under $150 and they work fine.

Didnt know that.
We got then on a bcf voucher at $280 a uear or so go so couldnt go on ebay
