You were a bit un lucky The Doc,those types of bets with skinny odds are best played best as either win only or as place only to make a profit. I'm only a small punter,but i get good results time to time,betting a particular day,on the jockey. As i don't know much about horses,only on how to put bets on. only play for fun,as for $50 per week does not break my budget. Better luck next time mate,on a Saturday the odds seem a little better.
I predict Linda Meech may have a good day Thursday. My fluky bets for Wangaratta are , race 2 number 1 race 3 number 2 race 6 number 7 and race 9 number 13 $2 each way. $16 all up. wish me luck.
ps i would rather be fishing,but cant get of bed at times,so i made my own tab at home.Good luck with Zindella.

Yeah true mate. I bet win only but also fiddle around with place multis and sports multis.
Punting is very similar to fishing you never know what your going to get.
The key is to know your limit and only bet what you can afford. Always have a seperate bank for betting and most of all if you don't enjoy it don't do it.
Went for a late night fish last night around 11 to 12.30 without any success.

Just got home from a little fish at the yarra. Plenty of bites but only managed to hook 1 and it was a monster, snapped my 2kg line like it was cotton. Bit of excitement. Was using corn and creamed corn for burley. Bait was taken nearly every cast fishing with 2 rods. Yesterday's rain seemed to of fired thing up. Going back out tonight. Wish me luck.
