I personally would go the Plate boat. Im no expert tho so its just an opinion. I have just had a savage in the past and found they arent very beamy for their size and bump around a lot. No idea on the bigger ones tho. I just sorta have a soft spot for plate boats I guess.

Smile the pics u hav post it,First pic its ok is a bit smaller for portland but its fine no drama for offshore but once again look for price offer than what is just a bids offer and could well exceed 26,000 maybe toward 30,000 dont know if u willing to pay higher,To put anchor winch I couldnt see the front bow seems maybe just ordinary anchor well dont know if hav lid on it,Good for normal car towing.Sec pic is a bit bigger not much extra weight towing could be around 100 kilos more, can pull by normal car, this boat is ok for tuna, has a door at the rear can use to pull tuna in,for outriggers can put on the side of the cabin I have a good look on the rocket launcher there is no plates for outrigger fit on,u can add by customise to it for outriggers, this boat has electric winch that what u want ,the first pic dont have it and will cost you extra money to installed, not cheap and the price offer 28,000 is neg so u can offer ur price willing to drop further so think wisely which has best features, size, weight and offer. :dontknow

I have owned a couple of smaller [12-16 foot] Savage boats over the years and never had a complaint with them.

My late father and myself were lucky enough to see them being built when Savage was in Slough Rd Altona years ago and I was very impressed with the way they were manufactured.

I thought you went off the pacific?

I would wait for something better suited.
