New to Boating: Anchor and Radio

I am buying a 5 meter fiberglass boat. What anchor and radio would be good for it in Port Phillip Bay?

What type of boat u get , you plan on fishing top end of bay altona stkilda, or sorrento where the tide runs faster,
To many boats kayak, helicopter , catch a fish,catch a fish

It will be Werribee. The boat is Haines Hunter 495.

When you say anchor do you mean sand, plough or do you mean electric anchor whinch. Most boats already have an anchor. As for the radio is it for safety or chatting to your mates.
