Can any one tell me who sells carbie gasket kits for these older model outboards. Have looked around on the net but seems its hard to get these in Australia and a lot of places in America wont sell or send them outside the states.

Try Ebay, or give J.V. Marine a call and they will order one for you but you will have to come to town to pick it up anless you have a boat dealership up that way.

Not sure if still available as I don't play around with the mechanical stuff much anymore, but you used to be able to get full sheet gasket paper. You could then (carefully) cut out your own gasket. That still might be an option using new silicone gasket products as well.

Good luck.
