Beno's New Boat

Post by Beno » Sun Nov 06, 2011 11:17 am

Hey Guys

Why most of you were out fishing yesterday I was travelling to Vermont to pick up my new boat.

I am extremely happy with the 4.5 stejcraft center console fibreglass boat with 60 hp evinrude! Its got heaps of room and all the features you need including automated bilge pump system, lights, marine radio, stereo, rod holders, berley bucket, and a few more extras. The pics don't do it justice to what the size looks like in real life

Comments are welcomed!

Cheers Beno

For 5k that is a bargain, I've noticed centre consoles are coming up in a big way in vic. I've had my eye on one in Nsw cause they 30% cheaper up north (for big models) but I think people are realizing how good they are.
Good work mate your going to love it

Nice one! Seems alot off people have been bitten by the boat bug....
Hope she brings you years off happy boating/fishing.... Nothing better than the feeling off launching and taking full control off your own boat.... whens the maiden voyage?

I have always loved center console boats and I now finally have my own, its a big move from a small tinnie but Ill get used to it!
We are going to take it out sometime during this week or the next. Bit of a accident of the boat that I left out telling you all...... we were driving along Cranbourne road? and we were slowing down to stop at the lights when the wheel exploded and wen't flying off down the road. the trailer went on its side and luckily the boat was unharmed but did damage to the road, manage to get it to the side of the road where we waited and tried to figure out how to fix the wheel back on with the bearings, lucky there was a spare wheel and a guy pulled up and offered us bearing which was very kind of him! My uncle then arrived and after 3 hours of mishaps of getting bearings on/off etc we finally managed to get it back on and get the boat hime safely!!! :fishhead: (this is a day I won't forget)

I'll give it to you for free when I give up fishing ;)
