Marine Mechanics - Recommendations
Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with a Honda Marine Mechanic in Williamstown. Not really sure if I should mention names but hoping people know who I'm on about.
I'm looking at getting my boat serviced there and it seems priced OK.
Are you OK to name business names on the Forum? Good and Bad

I do know "Paul" @ Port Phillip boating centre is a very good outboard mechanic , he's been in the industry for many years & does good work .

In that case...
Mainland Marine in Williamstown part of Aussie Boat Sales.
Let's hope they are good. They are a Honda dealer.
Port Phillip Boating centre, I wouldn't go to them if they had free service or giving boats away.
While attempting to buy a boat and having a deposit down on it, salesman who I ain't going to mention but I can tell you it wasn't the owner was so rude and abusive to me, I pulled the pin quick smart.

I'm a little pee'd off about the service I got from Port Phillip BC, they are a HH dealer and are much closer to me than any other HH dealer. I would have loved dealing them but like I said, they could be giving free stuff away and I'd still steer clear of them.

Not a very good sitution to be in , when your local dealer has pee'd you off to the point you have to travel out of your way to get service & drive straight past them "no one win's" . smhgeorged2 wrote:I'm a little pee'd off about the service I got from Port Phillip BC, they are a HH dealer and are much closer to me than any other HH dealer. And the disappointing thing is they way the economy is in certain areas you would think any boat dealer would be trying for exceptional service to get the business.
Not that i think they should be providing any less service at any other time.

Exactly right Salted, service these days for expensive no essential goods should be at the highest level.
Atleast I'll make My Marine happy when I buy my next HH, they are the closest dealer to me now.
