Yep did that, thought the ramp would be protected from the prevailing winds.

Nice roller coaster ride in the waves in a small tinnie, :haha2:

Had some fun getting it back on the trailer. copped a little bit of water over the transom :oops:

Took a few minutes for ALL the water to drain out, Well they were loong minutes as I had a slow clock. :lol:

I like to use,

WILLYWEATHER.COM.AU

Enter your location and it will give you by the hour wind, current wind, tides etc etc....

Never let me down....where others have...

Here Here For Willy Weather, I use it and found that it is very accurate. Its good because it gives you information on the exact location.

I generally use willy weather also, will still check seabreeze on occasion also though.

just waiting for an app of willy weather for the iphone now and I'll be set.

Yep I can get it, have a bookmark of it saved to my fishing apps folder ;) it would just be nice if an app was available to go with all my others lol

The other one I like to look at if planning any offshore is www.buoyweather.com. They want you to pay for the service but they give you a small two day wind and wave forecast which I find adds to your over all weather knowledge
