Slowly but surely fishos will eventually start copping it in the neck. Is only a matter of time before they will be treated like people such as myself who also enjoy hunting as a past time. A few fishos hunt as a rule, but most hunters I know are also keen anglers. Nothing like doing a combined trip where you can bring home some fish and also some wild game such as deer or goat to put on the table. Normally we hunt in the morning and then spend the rest of the day dangling lines. Beauty of this approach, is that it's unusual not to bring something home as you are covering several bases on the one trip. I encourage keen fishos who enjoy the challenge of hooking wary fish to have a go at hunting, deer as a case in point, you don't look for the deer, you look for suitable habitat which in theory, should attract your quarry. Similar to how we read streams etc.

Saw that article and thought it relevant, I do understand people being cautious about politicians promises.

The intention of this post brock

Liberal party member? Lib voter?
or national.
Just want to understand the passive aggressive undertone.
Think of it like this. A footy time people take sides and anyone not baracking for their team is the enemy.

Broken promises by politicians is nothing knew and it is highly likely the Liberals may have not up held their promises either. Iron clad guarantee is as worthless as the paper it is written on.

It is far too early to tell if Labor will up hold the no ramp fees. There are a number of hurdles for them to over come because not all ramps are under the control of local councils.

It can take a lot of time to get legislation through the Parliament. I

Seems the "no ramp fees" is actually progressing

Very wise and prudent man our Brett , , , , mind you , , , , it is understandable, his name does start with a "B"
