Way too early to consider it broken.

If you read the detail not just the headline....

So far Daniel Andrews track record is to keep promises.

From the article attached costings document.

"J. Abolish boat ramp parking and launching fees at Victorian boat ramps : output funding envelope
will compensate local councils for foregone boat ramp parking fee revenue."

So wait and see if policy become legislation (doesn't happen overnight and is often blocked by the opposition and has to be negotiated tweaked ect to get through).

Wasnt aimed at you in person, was a general comment.

Both labor and liberal had the fisherman jumping for joy with their various fishing/boating promises, so hopefully something will still get done, rather than block each others proposals in this regard..
