Re: Identifying a boat
Rego papers will have model make and HIN
on it you need to site them and check on-line

There's nothing . . . absolutely nothing . . . half so much worth doing as simply messing around in boats.

Re: Identifying a boat
If it does turn out to be registered and legit . Do not launch it till you have rego numbers on it. From memory no numbers is $1300 fine if they want to get nasty

Re: Identifying a boat
It reminds me of an old Sportscraft in looks but can't say otherwise as its been atleast partially rebuilt and spruced up (which could also mean hot as all ****). Alot of older boats only had a dodgy looking hin sticker that have long fallen off or faded away. Vicroads do allocate new hin numbers for old boats that have been rebuilt with that issue

Re: Identifying a boat
I was thinking sportscraft too.
If you are looking for boats at that size and budget have a look at flightcraft 5.4m.
Whilst not the quality or ride of haines, they are decent quality and similarly priced.
