Trailer bearing replacement

Post by purple5ive » Mon Nov 12, 2018 9:15 am

Guys,
does anyone know any mobs locally that would do a Marine trailer bearing replacement job.
i would do it myself but i am too busy atm.
Not looking for any other suburbs apart from south east (dandenong to frankston areas)
any idea how much it would cost would be a bonus.
cheers

Give Sunrise trailer parts a call. They'll probably be able to put you onto someone. They are pretty good to deal with

Ok thanks guys,
I will ask my local mechanic. Im just cautious with normal mechanics as they would just use a road going rear dust seal which is not the same as the marine seals…
Will investigate further

If the sleeves are ok (which most of the time they are), just replace the bearings and leave the old sleeves in there...should save a heap of time
