Just watched something on lifestyle channel about houses in England
At the end of the show they panned across a beach
On the beach were tractors with boats on trailers, but,
The boats bows was at the rear of the trailer, facing the water
There's probably a good reason

I may be wrong but I remember reading an article on double ender boats, in a big following sea the wave just passes by the boat without causing broaching or surfing.
